Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi State, Vanderbilt, Florida, and even Georgia > UCLA, Stanford, Washington

The Pac 10 is going to be the same as last year. Outside of Washington and UCLA, I don't see anyone making the tournament. UCLA brings in a pretty good recruiting class along with other young guys that should improve, and Washington only loses Quincy Pondexter from a team that is stacked with guards. If Abdul Gaddy steps it up and Terrance Ross doesn't disappoint, Washington will run away with the conference and probably look better than they actually are.

Arizona State could potentially be very good this year, Stanford and Cal both got impact freshman classes..
