I saw your post in the OOTP forums about this particular league. I think it's hard to get people to play OOTP 6.5 because it's such an old version and almost no one uses it anymore.

Version 8 is now free as well, so perhaps that's a consideration, if you're looking for a version that's free?

The other thing is, have you given any thought to making this a fast-sim league? Fast-sim is where instead of simming through the season a few games at a time, you sim the season in one-sim and then do the off-season over a few day period. It really is good for people who are too busy to play normally, who don't want to be involved in the minutia of doing lineups and so forth. And there are ways to variate it, if you're thinking doing the whole season in one way is too fast. (Injuries are off in fast-sim, btw, but the stats end up super normal.)

There are a few fast-sim leagues out there (and they're all full, so I'm not here recruiting, fwiw) just figured I'd offer this up as a suggestion to your activity dilemma.

I don't like the 'sim it all at once' idea, to be honest.

We just need someone that would be able to sim every other day, that's all.

I don't really like that idea either. We have enough people who would want to do it at a steady pace.

I agree, we should keep it at a steady pace, maybe 3 sims a week. But thanks for the help and the CC

Yeah I'd rather stick to a sim every other day. Once we start back up we'll sim 20 days at a time. I think I'll check out 8 and see how it is.

We just need help. To be honest, this league was going fine, sport just couldn't do everything by himself. We need 2-3 guys to do this. To help with the sim, and getting all the rosters/lineups the way GM's want them. This could be a big success on this site if run correctly.
